Shampoo: Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair and gently massage into the scalp. Rinse and repeat. Allow the product to remain on your hair for approximately 5 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly with plenty of water. It is recommended to use 2-3 times a week for the first two weeks. If necessary, continue use. / Spray: Shake before use. Holding upright, apply the product to the desired area 2-3 times a day. Do not rinse the product. Do not apply to areas of your skin that appear dry.
